The house is super clean and comfortable and very well stocked. Very quiet neighborhood. I think we picked the rainiest week of the year to stay in Lake Havasu... so happy for the hot tub! Would stay there again.

Listing is misleading, better information about heated pool/hot tub, better equipped for guests having proper amount of propane to use items listed that are available for use. A guideline on how to use all appliances in rental.
