The apartment is very comfortable and well stocked. Three adults stayed comfortably for 5 nights. There are streets 2 blocks away that you can join the locals and tourists for food and shopping.
The apartment is on the fourth floor and we know that. But it is steep and tiring to drag big suitcases up. The owner doesn’t speak English so we had to communicate by email through Booking. For some reason I can’t View Message online in Booking app (very frustrating for all my bookings), which added another layer of difficulties in exchanging information. You also need to prepare to walk 15 mins to the nearest subway station.

Very japanese-feeling apartment in a more quiet area close to both Asakusa and Ueno, makes for a very good place to stay. The Sky Tree is also in walking distance - the staff is extremely responsive via messages and helpful on site
The area with the futons did not have tatami flooring and resulted a bit stiff - it's probably possible to move the seating area and use the futons there but we preferred to keep the 2 areas separated
