About this house rental
Our cozy, 100-year-old cottage with 150 square meters of living space is located on a 1,000-square-meter lot surrounded by meadows and fields.
The house is ideal for people who enjoy cycling, those seeking peace and quiet and a connection to nature, and families.
Our cottage is furnished in a cozy country-style. It underwent extensive restoration in 2019–2020.
The first floor features a kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, bathroom with a separate toilet, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a laundry room, and the entryway. There is an additional bedroom on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, and range hood. The kitchen opens onto a spacious terrace. The outdoor area features a sandbox and plenty of space for playing and running around. A foosball table and many bicycles in various sizes are also available.
There is also a garage and a carport.
Since the house is very old, it is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The first floor has several levels, and the staircase to the first floor is quite steep.

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist super für Familien geeignet. Es ist alles vorhanden incl. Tischkicker, Spiele, Fahrräder (alle Grössen) und grosser Wiese. Grillen geht super auf der Terrasse. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön .

Wir waren leider nur eine Woche aber es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sauber und die Zimmer gut eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.
Vom Standort aus kann man viel unternehmen, auch an die Nordsee ist es nicht so weit.

Ein wundervolles, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus inmitten der ostfriesischen Idylle. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, bestens geeignet für Kinder. Wir waren mit drei Generationen unterwegs, alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagestrips nach Gretsiel, Emden, Borkum oder Leer.
