Beautiful lake front condo

Nice place, just as described, and Vicki was great. Had everything we needed and a nice location.

This is a great condo! The location is perfect and was stocked with everything we needed.

Positives - Great location: About one block from London Bridge where there is plenty of restaurants and shopping available. Path to area shops is a beautiful walk along the canal. - Views from the large deck: The unit is on the top floor and has views of both the London Bridge and the lake. There is boat traffic along the canal in front of the unit but because of speed limits on the canal the boat traffic is not noisy. Was fun to see the variety of boats and people passing on the canal. - Furnishings: Condo is comfortably furnished with a large living room sofa combo and nice beds in each of the bedrooms. Negatives Kitchen: the kitchen is small and has one drawer so finding utensils can be a treasure hunt with some in the cabinets and some in containers on the counters. Kitchen Appliances: The dishwasher needs to be replaced. Ample rust on the inside and it did not clean dishes. The electric stove also needs to be replaced. We tried to boil 8 cups of water but gave up after 15 minutes of heating without it coming to a boil and instead resorted to boiling water in microwave and adding it to the pan. The oven light doesn’t work and the ice maker in the refrigerator has been disabled or was broken (found the switch to turn it on and it was still a no go). Owner Communications: At the 3:00 check in time no information had been loaded in the VRBO app for access or check in. We messaged the owner and she acknowledged that she had forgotten and said she would send it. Her message was door to condo could be unlocked using last for digits of my phone. But I was assuming she was referencing my cell phone number that I provided but that didn’t open it. Communicated that code didn’t work and she called my cell phone 20 minutes later and said she had used the last 4 digits of my house phone for code. Only issue was we were left standing outside in 100 degree temps while we were trying to resolve this miscommunication. The owner also didn’t post check out procedures. Finally there is a nice grill on the deck as described in the listing. We planned to barbecue 2 of the 4 nights we were there. Got to the grilling phase of our dinner and couldn’t light the grill. It was out of propane. Contacted owner and was informed that last time they were in Lake Havasu tank had been empty but because of a temporary shortage of propane they couldn’t fill it up. This needed to be communicated before we showed up instead of discovering it when we needed to cook.
