Квартира очень чистая, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, всё продумано для семьи с детьми, были альбомы для раскрашивания, карандаши и настольная игра, есть даже швейные принадлежности. Чай, кофе, соль, сахар, печеньки для детей, всё было сразу под рукой. Хозяйка замечательная и отзывчивая, идёт на встречу жильцам в любых вопросах. Ощущения были положительные, как будто находишься дома. Место расположения удачное, рядом замечательный тихий парк с уютными приморскими кафе, большая детская площадка с всевозможными развлечениями, море, пляж, центр города, всё доступно прогулочным шагом. Некомфортно будет тому, кому тяжело подниматься на 5 этаж без лифта, но это можно воспринять как небольшую кардио тренировку.

Patiko vieta,paprastas,gražus,patogus butukas. Viskas švaru,tvarkinga,maloni šeimininkė.
Nepatiko lipti į 5 aukštą,nes butas jame.

Labai tvarkingas ir švarus butas. Nemažai buities dalykų nauji. Butas erdvus. Patiko vaizdas per langą. Maloni šeimininkė. Labai gera būsto lokacija - viskas pasiekiama pėsčiomis.
Kiek nepatogus parkingas - ankšta ir neramu ar nebus apgadintas automobilis. Laimei, viskas buvo gerai. Laiptinė - jai seniai reikėtų remonto. Nelabai kaip nuteikia nepabaigtos remontuoti sienos.
