Located in the South Seas Island Resort on beautiful Captiva Island, Bayside Villa 5310 is a nicely furnished and pleasantly decorated condo that overlooks the bay and marina and had NO hurricane damage! This unit has everything you need to make your tropical vacation a peaceful and relaxing one! With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this unit can sleep up to eight guests comfortably.
Please Note: Captiva Island is scheduled to undergo a beach renourishment project which may begin 9/1 at Blind Pass and move north through 10/31 that may result in temporary beach access limitations, construction activity, or noise near your property. While we strive to provide accurate updates, timelines and impacts are subject to change and beyond our Sanibel Captiva Island Vacations control.

HOME FEATURES
South Seas Bayside Villa 5310 features an open floor plan with brand new couches in the main living area, that allows you to enjoy views of the beautiful Bay. The master bedroom is located on the main level and features a king bed and en-suite bathroom, with tub/shower combo, while the guest bedrooms are located upstairs featuring a king in the first room with ensuite bathroom and two doubles in the second room, each with a tub/shower combo as well. If you’re not enjoying a day out on the famous white beaches of Captiva, go enjoy a dip in the community pool, picnic with the family at the community BBQ grills, or bike around the beautiful island!
*While South Seas Bayside Villa 5310 is located within the gates of South Seas Island Resort, the Bayside Villas are a separate association within the resort. That means you won't have to pay a resort fee.! While you won't get resort amenity access, you will have access to our association amenities including the shared heated pool, tennis courts, propane BBQ grills, marina access (with additional fee), and award-winning Captiva Island beaches!

ABOUT CAPTIVA ISLAND AND THE AREA
Captiva, which is connected to Sanibel by a small bridge, is 5 miles long; and Pine Island is 17 miles in length. Originally Captiva was part of Sanibel Island but when it was severed in 1926 by a hurricane's storm surge, Blind Pass was created separating the two islands. Bayside Villa 5310 is located in the South Seas Resort, which offers guests 2.5 miles of beautiful beaches with stunning sunsets nightly. Everything was great with the condo. It is well taken care of. We saw manatees from our back porch and bedrooms so that was awesome!
The only feedback I have is, they we’re building a water park at the resort and there was no foot path from the main building to the condos so you had to walk around the construction. It would be good to make a walkway from the entrance to the condo so you don’t have to walk on the street- better for safety.

Stay was absolutely lovely! Only complaint is that it wasn't long enough - haha Team members were super friendly and the facilities were very clean

I have stayed at this resort before and loved it and everything it offered. I did not read the complete disclosure on this property that it DID NOT include the amenities, complimentary umbrellas and beach chairs, access to all pools.
