Book this lovely, three-level condo in downtown Austin and experience this thriving city just as you always wanted to! The bright living area includes a comfortable queen-sized murphy bed that folds away when not in use. The unit features candelabra fireplaces in the living room and main bedroom to set the right mood. An outdoor terrace under the trees right off the living room is a great place to enjoy a steamy cup of coffee or tea and start your day off on the right foot. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring every appliance you may need to whip up memorable and delicious meals. The private rooftop terrace showcases the most amazing view of downtown! It features new Brazilian hardwood decking and is conveniently outfitted with a seating area and an outdoor dining area as well.

The unit doesn’t have any shared walls, so it is quiet. Within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. The views are great from the rooftop patio. We would definitely stay here again.The dedicated parking spot is a bit tight, but nice to have.

Stayed here 3 nights and the location was great. The condo was beautiful although it couldn’t have been cleaned up a little better. There was trash behind the headboard in the bedroom and no broom or dustpan to clean up. It was a little dusty but overall the house was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Check-in time was 4:00, the lock didn't work with the code I was sent and the unlock code for the Realtor key was incorrect. By the time the property manager was reached and available it was 9:30. This was disruptive to our plans and very inconvenient. If I got a rebate of some sort then the rest of the stay would justify a better rating.
