King Beds and Memory Foam Sleeper in Vibrant ATX Apt

Likes: - Location (walkability to UT campus) - Cleanliness of apartment (except below) - Bidet Dislikes: - Garage gate code did not work - Unclean sheets in bedroom to the right - No cream and sugar for coffee

Très confortable et bien aménagé

Proximity to UT. We were there with our daughter so she could see the campus.

Front door locks, but seems a little loose (too much play in the movement of the door while locked, light visible on the doorknob side of the door.

Central location and secure parking. The booking manager was extremely good with communication and prompt with responses. Kitchen had most everything that we needed to cook and prepare food in the apartment.

The building and unit were run down. There were pieces of flooring missing, holes in walls, and a general lack of deep cleanliness (some dishes dirty, etc). It was extremely noisy, both from neighbors who seemed to be college students up well into the night, and early morning garbage pickups in the alleyway below. There was also one morning where someone came through the halls with a very noisy leaf blower, as the hallways are open air and sometimes filled with dirt and leaves.
