The main wing holds the chef's kitchen, the dining table for eight, and the primary suite, which has a king bed, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower, with a half bath close by. The second wing has its own spacious living room, a bedroom with a king bed and a full bath with a walk-in shower, and a bunk room with a twin-over-twin and a trundle next to a full bath with a soaking tub. Parents can claim the primary while the kids take the bunks, or two couples can each settle into a king on opposite sides of the house. All in, the home sleeps up to seven across three bedrooms and three and a half baths. Inside, clean lines and natural light keep every room bright and uncluttered. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances and opens to the dining table, so whoever is cooking stays part of the conversation. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
