You'll be located in the East Cesar Chavez neighborhood of eclectic East Austin just blocks from the Historic Scoot Inn - Austin's oldest bar and live music venue. Dining options abound as well as local bars and food trucks in case cooking isn't your forte or you really don't feel like cooking and would like to try something local and different. There's a local yoga studio right next door if you'd like to try it for the first time or are already a yogi. Walk to downtown (less than one mile away), the Austin Convention Center, Lady Bird Lake, Rainey Street, Franklin Barbecue, and more.

Had a really good stay at the loft. The location is perfect, easy to walk everywhere and the loft felt like home right away.

I really enjoyed this location. Close to multiple bars and restaurants and not too long a walk to downtown and the convention center. One thing to be aware of is that the proximity to nightlife means some street noise, but it wasn't too disruptive. I'd happily stay here again!

The loft was clean and very nicely appointed. The communication with the management company was excellent. The bedrooms were not as described in the listing. There is only one bed in the second bedroom. The other beds are a futon in the foyer and a pull out living room couch. But, I did inquire when I rented, so I knew this ahead of time. My biggest complaint is that we felt very unsafe in the neighborhood. My husband was menacingly approached by a homeless man right outside our entryway, and there are homeless individuals lying passed out on every block. As a woman, I would not walk outside alone. I know this is not the owner’s fault, but renters need to know about the area.
