Everything. A fabulous gem in a not-so- glamorous part of town. The room was big, nicely decorated, comfy & very quiet (even though it faced onthe road). The restaurant downstairs is great too. I had my first Sushi & it was a sensation.. a real treat ! All the staff were lovely too.

Nothing, it was all great. ..ok the lack of charging sockets & good sized shower gel was a mild disappointment (if I must pick a fault) It was midwinter, so therefore bleak outside, but still, I don't think the neighbourhood is thriving.. I will be going back, hopefully in spring or summer so maybe it will seem better then.

Sadly I have to say we were quite disappointed. We specifically ordered dishes that were supposed to be mild, but unfortunately, they arrived excessively spicy. This made it difficult to enjoy our meal, and we ended up not being able to eat what we had ordered. I understand that mistakes can happen, but given the price point of your restaurant, I expected a bit more attention to detail. I hope you can take this feedback into consideration for future visits.

Breakfast was fabulous and delivered to our room. Met the Chef he was super friendly and couldn’t have done more for us! Lovely modern decor in the rooms. Very helpful staff.

There was no cleanup service at all unfortunately. No one emptied the bins or changed the towels. I had to ask for toilet roll etc. Also there is no restaurant in the hotel which is not the end of the world but would definitely be a great addition. We had a fabulous shower in our bathroom (sort of a rain style) but it didn’t work so had to use regular shower head.
