I stayed at this hotel recently and would describe the overall experience as average. The main advantage is its location—just an 8-minute walk from the entrance of the outlet mall, which is convenient for shoppers.
Unfortunately, the hotel falls short in several areas. There were no toiletries provided, the towels were old and worn, and the in-room kettle was outdated. The air conditioning wasn’t cooling properly, and despite requesting service, no one ever showed up to address the issue.
On a positive note, I ordered the ravioli from the hotel restaurant and it was quite good—one of the few highlights of my stay.
That said, considering the overall lack of attention to basic amenities and poor service response, the stay did not feel worth the price paid. I would only consider returning if significant improvements are made.
