Un appartamento ben disposto e molto luminoso, pulitissimo e attrezzato al meglio (manca la lavastoviglie ma non si può pretendere tutto). Il quartiere e il palazzo sono ottimi, vicini al centro di Cagliari. Proprietaria deliziosa ci ha dato buone dritte per ristoranti, panetterie, e tutto quanto potesse servirci.
