***POOL SPA HEATING*** POOL FACING NORTH There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date

***GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING*** Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves.-The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and overflow parking in some areas in the neighborhood, but no street parking is allowed in some spots.

***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR*** We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. ***PET POLICY*** Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed $150 Pet fee per animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged
