The location
The home needs to be deep cleaned. The walls and doors were dirty in the home.

The cleanness, location, that the room looked like it did on line. I was impressed.
The pool wasn’t clean and we didn’t get to use the water park and we were very disappointed that was one of the main reasons we loved staying there

Localização boa e aparente segurança.
O anfitrião foi solicito em nos antecipar a entrada na casa 2 dias antes mediante pagamento, mas tivemos frustrações.
1- A secadora de roupas nao funcionou a viagem toda. O técnico apareceu no ultimo dia da vaiem e fez um "gatilho"
2- A luz da varanda que da para a piscina nao foi trocada apesar de comunicarmos que não estar funcionando. Não usamos a noite nenhuma vez o espaço.
3- O ar-condicionado parou de gelar e a casa ficou muito quente. Não bastando, o ar-condicionado começou a pingar no primeiro degrau da escada causando a queda de 2 crianças que estavam na casa.
4- A casa parecia um pouco suja, tinha-os uma expectativa melhor pelas fotos. O fotografo é bom de vendas...
5- A sala de jogos estava bem suja e mal conservada.
6- A sanduicheria não funcionou
