This house has newly installed hardwood floors on stairs, 2nd floor living area and all 10 bedrooms. No more dusty carpets!
The Resort has a massive club house with a full service dining room and bar, fitness center, playground and “The Rain Fortress,” an incredible water park with four tube slides and much more!

As a family of 12 traveling together with 5 adult couples and 2 kids, the house was a good value for the money. It was large, had enough king-sized beds for the couples and was close to the neighborhood amenities.

The house is beautiful and the photos are accurate. Even though I had to contact the property manager several times (my contact was via email, they always responded timely)during my visit to resolve different issues I ran into while there. 1 the switch for the water heater shut off twice causing half of the bedrooms to not have hot water. 2 the pool was dirty. 3 the handle on the sliding door leading to the pool from the bedroom is broken. 4 one of the king beds broke. I reported this, received a quick response stating someone will be out soon. When someone arrrived at roughly 3:30 but not for the bed. When I mentioned the bed, he took a look then determined he could not fix it due to lack of access to the materials needed. He made a pallet with the mattress on the floor. The next day (Jose) from maintenance arrived for the bed. He was unhappy with the job done the day before but he worked hard at completing the task of fixing it. He was pleasant and patient. 5 the handle on the front door was missing a pin causing it to fall off. The overall experience was frustrating but as I said the house is beautiful and all of the countertops floors and appliances are new. My family of 20 were here to enjoy Thanksgiving together. We were very comfortable with the spaciousness of the house.
