The kitchen benefits from a variety of stunning upgrades such as stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, upgraded cabinets, and glamorous tile floors. 1000mb high-speed internet is available in the house . The private pool and spa are ideal for the Florida weather. The pool deck also has ample chaise loungers for sunning along with patio furniture, perfect for poolside dining. When entering this villa, you'll notice both a living and dining area. There is also a large master suite with full bath, as well as an additional bedroom and bathroom. You can relax on the comfortable couches and get the gang together to watch a movie on the large HDTV. At this beautiful house, prepare something in the well-equipped modern kitchen and enjoy every detail.

It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears (at your own cost) please contact us for arrangements.
***PET POLICY*** $150 Dollar Pet fee per pet Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed Only official service dogs are exempt from the fee. Documentation should be provided. Any damages or extra cleanings necessary will be charged.
***PARKING*** This property fits 2 cars in the driveway and the overflow parking is just about 300 feet down the road. Street parking is available in some areas as well
Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

The property was great overall. The carpets are dirty but overall it was a great place. We really had fun.

Outstanding for a large family gathering! Lots of bedrooms, great game room and great home theater room. Owner was most helpful. We had one routine maintenance issue and they were on top of it instantly. Great location - hear everything!!

There was a tiny charcoal grill, not the one seen on pics, only 6 of the 9 tv’s worked. Remotes didn’t have batteries. Host were great and addressed my needs as they arose. It really needs a good carpet/furniture cleaning. New Blender is needed, it just really needs to be updated.
