The location is first class, a few hundred meters from the beach, the town centre, the marina.
It’s on one floor, it’s more of a large apartment than a villa.

Fantastic location, 200-300 meters walk to the beach, marina and town centre. perfect.
good size, really comfortable beds, pool big enough. lovely view.
Exterior paint of property is starting to look a little tired.
A couple of the sun beds had small rips but perfectly useable.
Note: The images make the property look like it’s the entire building, however it is only the ground floor. There is a separate property upstairs although empty when we visited. I don’t believe the upstairs property has access to the pool.
