Great location and property

Some furnishings were tired and some general maintenance required

The location was superb, central to the main amenities and beaches Very clean Adequately stocked with crockery and cutlery Great pool with easy accessible steps which the children could use to get in and out of the pool Fantastic outdoor seating area and sufficient Sun loungers for our group to use Wonderful marina views from the terrace on the first floor

Insufficient and small pillows Bath towels were too small Internally, the Villa is starting to look ‘dated’ Cala d’Or should still have refuse collection wheelie bins located throughout the residential areas, as the refuse was not always collected. Unfortunately a major problem occurred with the main sewage pipe which was an inconvenience. However the host team were very prompt in arranging an appropriate solution

Super zentrale Lage, schnell im Hafen und den vielen Restaurants. Allgemein ruhige saubere Gegend. Alles Vorhanden.

Es war relativ ringhörig mit den Türen. Kein Wlan im oberen Stock. Nur ein TV im Haus.

The location is great - very close to the marina, on a quiet street. The house itself is large and the pool is great.

The ground floor bedroom and bathroom are both full of mold. As you go in you feel a strong stink of mold. The first couple of nights we put some towels on it, then we simply vacated that bedroom and used only the top floor bedrooms. We left some clothes for a week in the room - they also stank of mold, we had to wash them twice. This is unacceptable and a sign of really bad/no property maintenance. Another major issue are the room doors - they were made out of solid wood, it got distorted over time, so now they cannot close without making very loud noises and squeaks. This is terrible if you have small children. Even as an adult, I got woken up by the noise of others going to the bathroom, every single night. This is also unacceptable. The owner should try living in the house for a week with their family before renting again.
