About this house rental
Large, modern 5-bedroom villa right on the seafront in Porto Petro, with stunning views. The interior of this very spacious villa is luxurious and tastefully decorated. The outdoor area with a private pool overlooking the port of Porto Petro offers a relaxed atmosphere with several seating areas. There is rocky access to the sea and a small sandy area near the house.
The villa is built on a hillside over two floors. The upper level features a spacious living room with sliding glass doors overlooking the pool, a dining area, and a large, fully equipped kitchen. Also on this level are two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and a guest toilet. Stunning terraces with sea views complete the picture.
On the pool level, there are three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and sliding doors leading to the pool terrace. There is a separate TV room, also with access to the outdoor area.
On the pool level, there are three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and sliding doors opening onto the pool terrace. Air conditioning is available in all rooms with set operating hours.
The outdoor area boasts an excellent, relaxed atmosphere. The private pool offers stunning sea views and is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and lawns.
Several chill-out areas, some in the sun and some in the shade, are also available. A gas grill is provided.
The legally mandated eco-tax is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid separately based on the number of guests.
A security deposit of €1,500 is payable by credit card prior to arrival.
