About this villa rental
Villa Es Ratolí is a welcoming Mallorcan-style home located in a peaceful residential area of Cala d’Or, just 150 meters from the exclusive marina with its promenade, restaurants, cafés, and ice cream shops.
Only 450 meters away is Cala Petita, one of the most beautiful beaches in southeast Mallorca, offering restaurant, café, and shower facilities. Cala Gran and Cala Esmeralda are also nearby. The center of Cala d’Or is just a 2-minute walk away.
Cala d’Or is a charming Mediterranean village of white houses, perfect for families and groups of friends seeking tranquility, a pleasant atmosphere, and excellent dining options, especially traditional grills and tapas restaurants.
The villa features a fully fenced private garden, private pool, and barbecue area. Spread over three floors, it accommodates up to 8 guests. All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning.
On the main floor, you’ll find a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with TV and pool views, and a dining area for all guests. This space opens onto a covered terrace by the pool and barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals. On-street parking is available in front of the house. This floor also has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs offers a master bedroom with private balcony, two additional double bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The basement includes a large laundry room and a bathroom with shower.
Thanks to its excellent location, a car is not necessary to enjoy your stay, though it’s recommended for exploring the island. Public transport and car rental are available nearby.
Central heating is available on request and for an extra fee.

We had a great time here. The pool was the perfect temperature and very clean. The location is perfect, easy walk down to the marina and restaurants, into town to watch World Cup matches, shopping and several good beaches.Check-in was easy and most of the information we needed was readily available. Street parking was fine but it would have been nice to be able to use the secure driveway. The only recommendation we would make is to stock the kitchen with some basic essentials; olive oil, pepper (there was salt) and other spices, some coffee for the first morning, etc.Great house and great host! We're looking forward to returning to Cala d'Or

Pros: Die Nähe zu Cala d'Or ist toll, weil man ohne Auto zu vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants kommt. Die Villa ist gross genug für 8 Personen und ist grosszügig ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien, Badetücher etc.
Cons: Der Pool war sehr kalt, wir haben ihn daher praktisch nicht genutzt. Eine Nacht lang konnten wir nicht alle Zimmer brauchen, da es reingeregnet hatte. Da hätten wir einen Rabatt erwartet, was wir aber nicht erhielten.
Die Handwerker wurden aber umgehend aufgeboten.
