You’ll enjoy a 31.5-square-meter terrace shaded by a 15-square-meter pergola, an 18-square-meter terrace overlooking the barbecue and pétanque area, a private, secure, and fenced 4 m x 10 m swimming pool with a 60 m² pool deck, 6 lounge chairs, and a solar shower.

Nearby, you can enjoy the many rivers for swimming or canoeing (Chassezac Gorges, Ardèche Gorges, the Cèze, Gardon Gorges…), and visit the region’s many caves (Cocalière Cave 11 km, Aven d’Orgnac 17 km, Salamandre Cave 19 km, Chauvet Cave 2, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, 24 km…), the Haribo Museum in Uzès (40 km), the bamboo grove in Anduze (43 km), or the crocodile farm in Pierrelattes (51 km).

Magnifique nouvelle maison avec tout le confort souhaité! Propreté irréprochable. Cuisine moderne et bien équipée. Piscine et terrasse superbes. Climatisation en cas de fortes chaleurs très appréciables. Région magnifique. Boulangerie et cave à vin proche. Supermarché à 7-8km.
