In the heart of the Ardèche, the La Source vacation rentals are opening this summer 2022!
The house can accommodate up to 10 people and is nestled among vineyards, chestnut trees, and olive groves.
The property features two secure private terraces; the first, facing south, offers a lovely view of the village of Joyeuse, while the second, facing north, overlooks the pool, the recreation area, and the Ardèche mountains.
This bright, air-conditioned 130 m² property features a large living area with two well-equipped kitchens and seating areas with sofa beds (160 x 190 and 140 x 190) and televisions.
Three bedrooms—two with a 160 x 200 bed and the third with two 80 x 200 beds that can be joined to form a single large bed—each feature a closet and a desk with an internet outlet.
The two bathrooms are equipped with a double sink and a walk-in shower. The restroom is separate.
Upon your arrival, the beds will be made. Linens are provided (towels and kitchen towels), as well as cleaning supplies.
The 45m² and 32m² terraces are furnished with tables, chairs, grills, and spacious outdoor furniture, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful days in the Ardèche.
Kitchen amenities: induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, range hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster.
The property features a garage, a carport, and additional parking spaces.
You can also enjoy numerous private amenities:
- 10 x 5-meter swimming pool
- Large, tree-lined garden with a pétanque court and a trampoline
- Large game room with foosball, pool table, ping-pong table, darts, and various games

Het huis is nieuw en van werkelijk ALLE gemakken voorzien! De inrichting, het zwembad, de speelruimte, wasruimte, etc; etc., werkelijk overal is aan gedacht. Dat gecombineerd met de goede ligging en fantastisch eigenaars maakt het een supergoede keuze voor een fijne vakantie in de Ardèche. Niet twijfelen!
