There is a large deck upstairs with a grill attached right to the kitchen overlooking the Marina. 2 full living room areas with TVs. 2 full dining room areas 1 upstairs and 1 down. Located within walking distance of 2 marinas and Lake Erie. Plenty of parking for boats and multiple vehicles.

Communication was wonderful, we were all pleasantly surprised. This place was VERY clean, beds we're very comfortable. The place is very nice, loved all the rooms and every bathroom had a shower. Location was easy to get to, only a 15 minute drive to the ferry to the islands, very quiet road. All the people around were very friendly and it even has extremely close beach access!! We had not one complaint and will definitely be booking another trip for next year! I highly recommend this place!

It is a great place for a group of guys on a fishing trip. Good and prompt communication between us and the owner and mananger. It was not a good fit for our group of women and too far from our event. Bob & Chris helped resolve our issue to our satisfaction.

The house was great and accommodating to all our needs. The host was amazing! He had great communication with me before and after arrival. At one point we got locked out and he was able to come and help us out. Recommend this house to anyone needing a big house and wanting to be close to put-in-bay. Thanks Chris!

This was a getaway place if you want to get away the house was clean with plenty of space. The only downfall was the view of the marina was blocked by trees. Overall still had a blast.
