At the peaceful De Friese Wadden vacation park in Tzummarum (near the Wadden Sea), you can enjoy our 3 comfortable vacation cottages.
Cottages #47 and #73 are next to each other. Chalet #115 is also nearby. That’s why these cottages are perfect for a fun vacation with friends or family (up to 15 people).
You can use the park’s facilities:
•Swimming pool with a children’s pool
•Large playground (newly built in 2018)
•Reception desk, which also provides tourist information
•Snack bar

This comfortable and cozy chalet, approximately 44 m², was brightly and colorfully decorated in July 2017 with:
•Cozy, bright living room with a comfortable lounge sofa, armchair, inviting dining area, and French doors leading to the garden.
•Large flat-screen TV with many channels via Ziggo cable, a DVD player, and a collection of DVDs.
•Wi-Fi (via Ziggo)
•Well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, gas stove, combination oven/microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and plenty of storage space.
•Bathroom with vanity, shower stall, and toilet
•Bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm mattress), double comforter, 2 closets, reading lamps, and an alarm clock.
•Bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 people (70 x 200 mattresses), 2 duvets, and closet space. You can add a travel cot here if needed,
•There is a washing machine in bedroom 2.
•The bedrooms are equipped with comforters, pillows, and mosquito screens.
•Spacious garden with patio furniture, cushions, and a parasol.
•Shed.
•A combi-boiler heats all rooms and provides hot water.
•Parking space next to the cottage.
•Inside the cottage, you’ll find practical and tourist information, including the beautiful Capitool guide “Friesland.” Inspiration for plenty of adventures!

Park De Friese Wadden is located in the quiet village of Tzummarum, just a stone’s throw from the Wadden Sea. It’s also close to the beautiful cities of Franeker and Harlingen. The capital, Leeuwarden (Europe’s Capital of Culture in 2018), is also easily accessible.
You can fully enjoy the stunning views of the distinctive Frisian landscape, go on long bike rides, explore the beautiful Frisian towns and villages, or cruise the Frisian waters by boat.
There is a tennis court right next to the park. Through the park, you can rent a bike or a boat, play tennis, or go horseback riding.

Accommodation was fine. Lovely little pub 5 min walk from property. Only problem was getting the key from reception as they said didn't seem to know we were arriving. They also couldn't find the key after speaking to the owner, eventually gave me the spare key but it was a bit stressful at the time. I must point that this was reception's fault and not the owner of the property.

Hello to all of you, it was a short, but nice stay inside this mobile Home. We enjoyed the time and most of all Leeuwarden and Friesland. We will be back next year, Thanks for your hospitalty and kindness...

Liebevoll eingerichtete kleine Ferienwohnung in einem Wohnpark.
Ein paar kleine Mängel gab es (Hundehaare auf dem Boden, Überlaufsieb im Waschbecken war lose), aber nachdem diese von uns gemeldet wurden an die sehr nette Rezeption des Parks kam auch direkt am nächsten Tag die beste Freundin der Vermieter, wie sie sich vorstellte, und bedankte sich für die Hinweise und versprach mit der Putzfrau zu reden. Alles in allem sehr freundlich und da ein Staubsauger in der Wohnung war, waren die Hundehaare auch schnell beseitigt. :)

Da den ganzen Tag die Sonne auf unseren Wohnwagen schien, (es sah aus wie ein Häuschen, aber im endeffekt war es ein großer Wohnwagen) und wir weder Klimaanlage noch einen funktionierenden Ventilator hatten, war es innen nicht auszuhalten.
Da half auch das öffnen der kleinen Fenster nicht. Die Moskitonetze waren nicht richtig angebracht.
Das Objekt ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte eigentlich nichts. Außer dem Ventilator :( , der alt und kaputt war. Warscheinlich ist der Ort, auf die hohen Temperaturen nicht ausgerichtet, die herrschten als wir dort waren. Es waren um die 30 Grad oder mehr. Die Umgebung ist mit den Fahrrädern schön zu erkunden. Ein schönes Städtchen ist Harlingen mit Hafen. Von dort aus haben wir die autofreie Insel Vlieland mit der Fähre besucht, die wunderschön ist. Für Kinder gibt es einen großen, neuen Spielplatz.
Da wir aber wirklich schlechte Nächte verbracht hatten, sind wir vier Tage früher abgereist!
