At the peaceful De Friese Wadden vacation park in Tzummarum (near the Wadden Sea), you can enjoy our three comfortable vacation cottages.
Cottages #47 and #73 are right next to each other. Chalet #115 is also nearby. That’s why these cottages are perfect for a fun vacation with friends or family (up to 12 people).
You can use the park’s facilities:
•Swimming pool with a children’s pool
•Large playground (newly built in 2018)
•Reception desk, which also provides tourist information
•Snack bar

COTTAGE NO. 73
The cottages, measuring approximately 48 m², are furnished almost identically; cottage no. 73 features:
•Cozy, bright living room with a comfortable lounge sofa, a cozy dining area, and French doors opening onto the garden.
•Large (80 cm) flat-screen TV with many cable channels.
•Free Wi-Fi (via Ziggo).
•Well-equipped kitchen with a spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment, gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and plenty of storage space.
•Bathroom with sink, shower stall, and toilet
•Bedroom with two box-spring beds, storage space, and reading lamps.
•Bedroom with a bunk bed consisting of a double bed (140 x 200) and a large single bed (90 x 200), plus storage space.
•The bedrooms are equipped with single-size duvets, pillows, and mosquito screens.
•A sheltered and fully fenced-in garden with patio furniture, cushions, and a parasol.
•A small shed.
•A combi-boiler heats all rooms and provides hot water.
•You can load and unload right in front of the door. Parking is available in the park’s nearby parking lot.
•Inside the cottage, you’ll find practical and tourist information, including the Capitool Guide to Friesland. Inspiration for plenty of adventures!

* You can bring your own bed linen or rent it from the park for €10.00 per person per change.

Park De Friese Wadden is located in the quiet village of Tzummarum, just a stone’s throw from the Wadden Sea. It’s also close to the beautiful cities of Franeker and Harlingen. The capital, Leeuwarden (Europe’s Capital of Culture in 2018), is also easily accessible.
You can fully enjoy the stunning views of the characteristic Frisian landscape, go on long bike rides, explore the beautiful Frisian towns and villages, or cruise the Frisian waters by boat.
There is a tennis court right next to the park. Through the park, you can rent a bike and/or a boat, play tennis, or go horseback riding.

Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubszeit. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten im Objekt brauchen eine kleine Reparatur, aber das hat unserem Urlaub in keinsterweise geschadet. Pool, Haus, Umgebung alles wirklich super. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war schnell und hilfreich, wir haben die Wohnung sehr kurzfristig und unkompliziert gebucht. Vorab und auch im Haus wurde dazu viel Infomaterial zur Region und Ausflügen zur Verfügung gestellt.
Der Park ist sehr ruhig, die Häuschen durch Hecken in kleine private Parzellen unterteilt. Ankunft und Abreise konnte ganz unkompliziert über die Snackbar abgewickelt werden. Die Gegend ist beschaulich und schön und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für weitere Ausflüge in die Region.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sowohl schön, wie auch zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung ist gut durchdacht, von der Grundausstattung (außer natürlich den täglichen Verbrauchsartikeln) ist alles da. Einzig die lütte Kaffeemaschine wäre vielleicht zu bemängeln, aber im Haushalt ist auch eine Senseo Kaffeemachine -zum ausweichen vom tropfenden Filterkaffee- vorhanden.
Wir waren mit unserem Urlaub rundum zufrieden und haben und sehr wohl gefühlt!

Das Ferienhaus war sehr abgewohnt, Matratzen, Sofa total durch gelegen/ gesessen, überall abgeschlagene Ecken an der Einrichtung. Möbel auf der Terrasse waren zwar vorhanden (auch diese sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen) Sonnenschirm war so defekt, das er nicht mehr nutzbar war.
Im Allgemeinen kann man sagen das im Internet das Haus viel besser, neuer, geräumiger dargestellt wird als es in der Wirklichkeit ist.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, was aber mehr der schönen Umbung und uns selbst zu verdanken ist alls dem Ferienhaus.
Der Ferienpark ist schön angelegt, mit kleinem Schwimmbad und Spielplatz für Kinder.
