Beautiful vacation home with private pool on the edge of a pretty village in the Ardèche, Lussas, 14 km from Aubenas.
You have the privilege of having two independent houses enjoying a beautiful pool that is not visible. In the heart of the Ardèche Regional Park, on the outskirts of the village of Lussas, known for its dolmens and its Gallo-Roman oppidum, this property exudes an atmosphere of serenity and offers a beautiful view of the mountains of Coiron and the castle of Mirabel. You are ideally located between the green Provence, the Gard and the Drôme Provençale, close to the Rhône Valley, known for its famous AOC wines, and not far from the attractions of Vallon Pont d'Arc, including the high mineral arch. At 53 meters, the door opens to the magnificent gorges of the Ardèche, distinguished by charming villages like Vogüé or Balazuc, their local products and their delicious bistros.
