About this house rental
Large village house with a large garden on 2 levels, offering magnificent views of the surrounding hills and the Vercors range. 2 apartments with separate access, renovated by an interior designer in 2014. Garden on two levels separated by a stone staircase. Quick access 10 minutes from the A7 motorway. 2 cars can be parked inside the property. A protected and privileged place in the heart of the village.
Housing
In the heart of the village and a few minutes walk from all shops, house on 2 levels built in the eighteenth century. Entirely renovated and tastefully decorated in 2014, in an elegant and timeless style, mixing old and modern furniture.
> Upper floor: directly accessible from the street, 100m2, 2 large bedrooms, large and elegant bathroom, open kitchen opening onto a terrace with magnificent views of the hills and the Vercors. Fireplace.
> Lower level (from 5 guests in total): 45m2 accessible from the garden, 2 bedrooms, large bay window overlooking the garden and hills.
> Up to 2 cars can be safely parked inside the property.
> No discrimination, all minorities accepted and appreciated (rather gay-friendly village).
Access of travelers
> The top apartment (sleeps 6) is accessible directly from the street by a marble staircase.
> The lower apartment (sleeps 6) is accessible from the garden, by a stone staircase lined with oleanders.
Exchanges with travelers
I am connected 24/7 and I respond quickly to requests. If I am in the area, I would be delighted to welcome you in person. If I am in Paris, you will be welcomed by my guardian Adeline who will be happy to answer your questions and make you visit. I will be available at all times on my phone. For children: huge sandbox, slide, inflatable pool, dozens of games and indoor and outdoor toys.
For adults: hammock, ping-pong, table football Bonzini, large BBQ Weber ...
In the village, several petanque courts accessible (balls Obut available in the house), and mini golf.
