Nous sommes venus passer un weekend en Ardèche entre amis fin octobre. Le soleil n'était malheureusement pas au rendez-vous mais nous avons tout de même passer un agréable moment. La maison est spacieuse (nous étions 9 dont 4 enfants) et très bien située à quelques minutes d'Aubenas et de nombreux sites à visiter dans les environs. Noëlle et Richard sont de très bons hôtes, ils ont été présents et réactifs lorsque nous avons rencontré un problème de chauffage (nous n'arrivions pas à le régler). Merci à eux :) Je recommande ce gîte.

Que ce soit la location ou l'endroit, ce fut pour nous un séjour très agréable passé dans un maison bien située dont nous avons tous apprécié l'espace qu'elle offre et son emplacement. Les propiétaires sont sympathiques et nous avons apprécié leur accueil.

Agréable séjour chez Noëlle et Richard, très accueillants. La maison est bien équipée avec terrasse, petit jardin et jeux de boules bien sympas. Un accueil bien sympa aussi avec une bouteille de vin rosé, une bouteille d'eau et de jus de fruit !!! Petit bémol pour Abritel : 10 jours après notre départ nous n'avons toujours pas de retour de la caution !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à St Privas, la maison est bien située pour visiter quelques coins bien sympathique et proche de toute commodités. Il manque cependant une pièce de vie à l'intérieur en cas de mauvais temps, le salon étant un peu petit pour 12 Noelle et richard sont très accueillant et arrangeant

Beaucoup d'espaces mais trop de pièces fermées. Lorsqu'on est 10 ou 12 dans la pièces pour manger on est trop serrés et pas de salon ou se réfugier en cas de pluie. La maison demande à être un peu remise au goût du jour . Sinon grande terrasse et pas mal d'espaces autour de la maison. Jeu de boule bien ombrage.

Beaucoup de points plaisants : Un accueil sympathique et très arrangeant sur les horaires Un endroit extrémement calme, à coté d'Aubenas et au centre d'une belle région Un jeu de boules avec des boules à dispo dont on a bien profité Et la grande terrasse avec vue sur la paisible colline en face...SUPER L'intérieur est vaste avec de nombreux couchages, un bémol cependant sur la salle à manger qui est trop étroite et sombre, et dommage qu'une des deux salles de bain soit en bas pour des chambres à l'étage. Rapport qualité/prix satisfaisant.

Maison rustique très agréable, idéal pour recevoir un groupe d'amis ou de famille. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Très bien situé car il y a une belle vue et on a bien profité de la terrasse qui est au soleil l'après-midi. Quelques petit bémol niveau technique et ménage mais sans importance. A proximité des magasins et grande surface. Propriétaires très sympathique. Je recommande cette location et pourrait y retourner avec plaisir.

maison idéale pour un séjour en famille 5 chambres dont une familiale nous ont permis d'avoir chacun notre intimité . La terrasse est très agréable ainsi que le petit coin ombragé avec les transats. Bonne situation géographique (proche tous commerces (Aubenas) ainsi que de nombreuses activités) nous avons pu profiter de la plage de Vogué (a 10 minutes) ainsi que du karting et de l’accrobranche très proche aussi; Nous avons tous passé un bon séjour et n’hésiterons pas a conseiller cette location.

Gîte rustique, très calme mais à proximité de toutes les commodités d'aubenas. Nous y avons passé 4 belles journées. Terrasse ensoleillée toute la journée et terrain de boule ombragé. Tout l'électroménager est à disposition ce qui est également appréciable. Idéal pour un week-end en famille ou entre-amis car les chambres offrent une parfaite intimité. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et tres accueillants.

Superbe semaine passée à Saint Privat. Le calme règne à la villa, nous avons passé les 3/4 de notre temps sur la terrasse qui nous offre une vue splendide ! Accueil correct. Merci !

La description de la location est bien précise sur le site, nous avons été agréablement surpris, parfaitement adaptée à notre petit groupe de 6 adultes, 2 ados et 4 enfants. Propriétaire très sympa, accueillant, disponible et de bon conseil. Bien sûr, une semaine pour découvrir cette très belle région et les ardéchois très agréables, est bien trop courte. En plus des endroits connus à ne pas manquer : L'aven d'Orgnac, les cascades de Sautadet, le parc aventure de Jaujac… nous avons découvert avec plaisir le château de Ventadour en cours de rénovation par des bénévoles et la promenade de lavande à Mirabel (ludique pour les petits enfants). Nous reviendrons sans doute dans cette région et sans hésitation dans cette belle location. Merci à la famille Brioude. Les bordelais enchantés...
