All the staff were amazing. We got a free upgrade as there had been a cancellation, so we had a fab view of the square below. Location was also great - we walked up to the Convent in around 10 minutes. The hotel owns the cafe next door so we sat outside in the evening after dinner and chatted to the lovely people in there. ❤️

The location and staff made our visit comfortable and memorable. Matteo and Vera at the front desk went out of their way to make our visit enjoyable. On the main town square, everything including the convent is a short walk away from the hotel. Parking is one block away. We were upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi which we enjoyed after a long day of walking around the beautiful medieval city of Tomar.

An attractive and clean property in a very convenient location right in the heart of Tomar Old Town below the Castle. We loved the decor and tasteful incorporation of Knights Templar/Order of Christ imagery and symbols. The customer service was friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast service. Parking was close, easy to access and very cheap!
