Excellent location and great directions from the host. Paris was having a heat wave so the air conditioning was also a huge bonus.
There was a couple of items broken in the unit which could be fixed very easily. The shower needs a curtain and the bathroom floor get very wet

Апартаменты располагаются в отличном месте. Окна выходят на оживленную, зелёную площадь с множеством кафе, ресторанов, булочных, магазинов. При этом в комнате тихо, так как новые окна создают полную звукоизоляцию. В студии есть все необходимое для проживания-кофеварка, чайник, плита, кондиционер. Роза, хозяйка всегда была на связи и оперативно отвечала на вопросы. В квартире есть Wi-Fi. При возможности мы обязательно приедем сюда ещё.

Location is excellent off a small square with lots of bars/restaurants. We only stayed 1 night early June. It is a small studio with most things.
Contact with the owner was not clear. We received entry details by email but these were incorrect. We couldn’t open the key box as the code was wrong- it had been updated. We contacted the owner and got the code. In the room is a pod type coffee machine but no pods. A couple could have been supplied as we arrived late. Also the safe box was locked but no instructions how to open it. Never received a response to our request for this. If these details had been better we would have rated better.
