Lovely accomodation with a picture perfect view.

The property was perfectly located, right on the beach and about a 10 minute walk into town. The staff were excellent at communicating via booking.com app. The restaurant next door is truly a hidden gem with the most beautiful food we ate in Naxos. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

Fabulous apartment with glorious sea views

Loved the simplistic decor , uncluttered and stylish. Good size shower. The terrace and outdoor space were fab. The mosquito blinds are a great idea. Beautiful sea view to wake up to

Initially we thought a bit of a trek to the shops and restaurants , we did it once on arrival. We didn’t want to hire bikes or cars . But …it is right next door to a great restaurant, would highly recommend . We bought water and wine from there which was cheaper and better than the shops.

Greek paradise!

Everything! It is paradise. Absolutely idyllic, for a quiet relaxing beach holiday. Walk 10/15 minutes across the beach or dirt road to the other bars and restaurants if you’re looking for a bit more going on. Or get a 15 min bus into Naxos Chora. Would highly recommend a stay at Avali.

If I’m being picky: -mosquitos - don’t leave the apartment door open. And remember bug spray. - barking dog - possibly the owners dog in the building next door. - not really enough cooking facilities - we ate out for lunch and dinner. The restaurant next door is amazing, so this wasn’t an issue for us. Incredible views and so laid back.

Multi day vacation at the beautiful beach.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here, didn’t want to leave and would come back next week if we could. Amazing location and value! Literally 30m/yds to the beach! Host’s communication was outstanding! The view is amazing and that is understating it!!!! Room and porch overlooks the water which is so clear and blue!! There is a place to cook breakfast and a refrigerator on the patio. This is a 5 star location that you would lucky to book! If you are looking for a beautiful romantic location that is also convenient to Naxos port this is the place. Again amazing amazing amazing!!!

Avali is a beautiful property! It’s the best sea view on Naxos and a must stay - there is also a wonderful taverna attached with great food and service.

location was very good, nice big veranda

On arrival it smelt of Tomcat in the room & for the duration. I did tell the agent who agreed with me but then chose to blame the smell on a cleaning product. I did text her at the end to tell her I was disappointed as the smell lingered. Her response was, if you'd told me I could have changed your accommodation!!!! Why not say that at the beginning or check back to see if all was well. I don't like that attitude, she actually blamed me for not complaining more. Poor unfortunately also, as the bar & restaurant were closed due to lack of electrians.

Gorgeous new room with a stunning view

The design of the rooms are super modern and are very chic, the owners were super accommodating and arranged us to be picked up and dropped off. The outdoor area is huge and has the most amazing sea view as you are facing the wonderful prokopios beach, the kitchen is set outside so it’s handy to make coffee and keep your drinks cold when sitting outside staring at the gorgeous blue ocean.

Whilst the design is new Greek modern and funky there’s two blaring things missing inside the rooms. Firstly there is a bathroom behind the bed, the wall is a funky design but there is no door so this means that the wall that is only three quarters in length and what goes on in said bathroom is heard and sometimes smelt from the other side of the wall which is simply put, wrong. Every toilet area needs a a door! It’s just polite separating what goes on on there from your loved ones! Secondly there is no wardrobe per se or a folding suitcase stand that you can sit your luggage on. So our things were folded on benches and our suitcases lying on the floor.

Paradise and magnificent view

The view at this place is magnificent. The place is super romantic and very beautiful! We especially liked the comfortable beds, the shower with view on the sea and the outdoor kitchen. I would love to come back one day.

Breathtaking views and a stunning room.

The location is totally amazing, set high up above one of Greeces most glorious beaches. The balconys are HUGE, more of a big terrace. The rooms are cool, tranquil and with views to die for. The bed massive, the bed linen cool and crisp. Theres plenty of space to hang clothes etc. A safe, TV, air con, fridge. Its all very new so is pristine. You are 1 mins walk from the beach. The attached taverna does breakfast, lunch and dinner...its very quiet and peaceful, you can really relax here.

The rooms are very 'open plan' and there is not a door as such between the bathroom area and the bedroom, just an arch, which felt a little strange to us as the toilet is in there!

Magnifique vue mais restauration limitée en octobre

Emplacement avec une magnifique vue et très calme, la chambre est grande et les lits sont très confortable, la personne qui s'occupe de faire la chambre est très gentille et avenante. Les plages tout au long de la côte sont magnifiques avec du sable fin.

Octobre n'est peut-être pas la saison idéale car le restaurant Avali était fermé et les restaurants aux allentours égallement, alors qu'il était indiqué ouvert sur booking et Google. Heureusement nous avions un quad pour nous déplacer, et nous rendre au village (5 minutes en Quad) pour nous restaurer - nous prenions le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec des choses achetées dans des commerces avoisinants.
