Location was good and beds were comfy

Parking is a pain and roads are narrow if you have a big suv but that is not thier fault. All the roads there are narrow.

Lots of space,all the amenities you could wish for.close to Torquay beach, Paignton, teignmouth and plymouth.babbacombe model village nearby,so worth a visit.nice shops just down the road.lizzie the owner so welcoming.great stay.would come again.

Lack of shaving mirror in bathroom,but been informed about that.got broken apparently from previous guest.line out in garden for clothes would be handy.driveway very tight for parking,but parking on the road was fine.

The location was great. It's a good base to explore the local and not so local surroundings. The house was comfortable and clean and it had all the facilities anyone would need. Off road parking was a bonus. The beds were comfortable, as were the sofas. The shower had good pressure and was easy to use. The fridge was a great size with lots of kitchen cupboard space to allow for a well stocked self catering holiday. The onsite washing machine was a blessing in disguise upon arrival with a car sick toddler. The welcome pack was easy to understand with lots of good recommendations with regards to local eateries and things to see and do. The hosts were very approachable and were extremely prompt in responding to my queries. This was both professional and refreshing. My daughter and I felt like we were in a home from home which made for a very laid back, relaxing holiday. Lovely House Near Sea is exactly what this place is; we couldn't ask for more.
