Perfect location for wine tram, 5 mins walk. Prompt communication with owner who sorted out a minor ac problem quickly.
You get what you pay for I guess, no door on bathroom, which leads directly to kitchen abd sleeping area, this is a large studio not an apartment. An apt has a separate room for sleeping.. basic cleanliness throughout. Locked back door could hear people behind it which was unsettling.
