Great location close to wine tram and easy safe walk to centre of town.
Very comfortable with good tea and coffee. Loved the balcony overlooking the garden

Sehr zentrumsnah
Man übernachtet auf einer Garage. Unter der Garage wird morgens (ab 6 Uhr) von Angestellten gearbeitet und es ist sehr laut. Eine Schallisolierung gibt es nicht und man hört jedes Wort der Angestellten im Untergrund, als wären sie im Zimmer. Zudem ist der Stromgenerator direkt neben der Garage und dem Appartment. Dabei handelt es sich um einen Dieselgenerator der aufgrund Strommangel teilweise fast die ganze Nacht läuft.
