I'M always spend my time at Splendid and I firmly recommend to overnight there. the staff is so genuine and always available. rooms quite big and clean.
maybe if they can offer the shower-rug would be much better, instead to use a towel as well as to offering more daily shampoo. these 2 things will improve the quality of the hotel

Very nice building in a prime location. Easy to walk around and visit parks and the monuments and landmarks. They have rooms with a view of the beautiful cathedral. The rooms were spacious with all basic amenities. Lots of pillows and a mini bar, things you don't see much of nowadays. I have stayed before and always been lucky to get a room with excellent view. Breakfast was basic, but it was adequate to start the day. Parking is directly infront of the hotel. Perfect location to have a feeling of City of Pleven.

Great location! Room had the basics things one needs.
Right out of the room's window we had a huge fan used by the restaurant next door to bring out the odours when food was cooked so the smell of cooked food was very strong in the room. The bodies of all ACs were also there so one can hear their noise all the time.
I think that such room should be charged less than the other rooms that didn't have all these "nice" additions to them.
I am thankful we spent only 1 night there since it wasn't a pleasant experience to be in this room.
