The bartenders at the bar in the lobby were kind but there were too many people who weren’t guests in the hotel who were loud and made the experience uncomfortable with their comments. Also the maintenance guy was unprofessional to yell at the front desk girl in front of us because he had to give up the electric charging spot to us, while he was staff and his car wasn’t even electric….

The hotel is in the beating hearth of the city. It has two parking lots for guests. It’s literally a few steps from bars, shopping centers and the teather.
The parking lots were completely full so we had to park somewhere on the streets near by.
The double bed in the room was hard.

The staff was nice, room was a bit small but clean.
No breakfast due to proms but that was communicated in advance and compensated.

The central location is great. Walking distance to everything in Pleven.
Bed was very comfortable
Front desk staff were very helpful when I mislaid my room key.
My room was not cleaned in the 2 days I was there even though I put the sign on my door.
The room also smelt like it was a smoking room at some stage.
