Having a washing machine. Quiet village location with garage parking. Spacious seating area in kitchen. Great view of Colac from veranda.

The mattresses on the beds were very uncomfortable, particularly in the double room. We put blankets and quilts beneath the rented sheets to act as a mattress topper, which did help. We contacted the owner after booking to enquire about linen, as there was no small print detailing rental of packs, and was told it was included in the price and to contact Interhome to order. We did this but had to pay to make the order. the request was for 4 people but it assumed we were adults sharing a bed so we got nothing for the bed sofa in the sitting room. Nice touch that soap and complimentary shampoo was provided but it would have been useful to have some basics provided in the kitchen; a cloth, scourer, tea towel and bit of washing up liquid would seem fair, especially as there is no dish washer and there is specific requirement to wash dishes at end of stay. We would have anyway and did, but who’s to know what previous occupants used for washing and drying??
