The pool was deep the kids needed their life vest to be in it.

This is a beautiful House in a very beautiful and secure neighborhood. The outdoor living area is beautiful and very quiet. The lavish plant life around the yard and pool is also very nice. The house is as it is listed with a very nice pool and a little un heated Jacuzzi next to the pool. The pool and outdoor living area was cleaned and serviced daily. The home was clean and as listed. The only drawback is that the hot water for the shower was lukewarm at best and the distance to the beach is about a 1 1/2 mile walk. We walked to the beach and restaurants daily but always took a taxi back to the house as motos are not allowed in the community. One suggestion I would make to the owner would be to have a golf cart on site to use in the Hispaniola residential only. Not out on the main road. It would be great to drive up to the office area and park and take the very easy walk from there to the town and the beach and back. It would also be pretty neat to just drive around the beautiful community. If there would be a golf cart to use and also take care of the hot water issuse I would definitely rent this home again. Nice place for the family and friends

My stay at this villa was fantastic! The host Rosa and her assistant Aly were friendly, prompt, helpful and informative. Rosa and Aly met me at the entrance, escorted me to the villa, then gave me a tour. The house rules are very simply and the thing I loved absolutely the most is that its quiet and private. Very private, which was a huge thing for me. Another thing i liked is that it looks exactly how the photos are on the listing. I would definitely without a second guess stay here again.
