About this villa rental
Our stylish and modern luxury villa is located on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. It is embedded in the lush hills of Sosua and Cabarete overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and it is just a hop skip and jump away from the attractive party town in Sosua the perfect party spot in the area.
Our Villa:
Our modern Mediterranean-style villa is a real eye-catcher. All 6 bedrooms have beautiful ocean or garden views, King/Queen pillow top mattresses, air conditioning, high ceilings, and safety-boxes. Each guest from child to adult gets to lounge around around in monogrammed robes and each guest receive courtesy bedroom slippers.
Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms each with Smart TVs Technology.
The balconies and main terrace give you a beautiful view of the ocean. It's furnished with custom rocking chairs to take in the morning views or benefit from the cool breeze.
From the top floor you can look directly into the big living room and entertainment room on the ground floor. The living room looks fantastic with its high ceiling. From there you have a beautiful view on the terrace and the magnificent 45 feet tiled pool with outside jacuzzi.
The villa also features a large gourmet style user friendly kitchen and elegant dining room with. The kitchen has everything you need. From serving dishes to for your dining pleasure to all the appliances of home. Downstairs are 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
For a quiet and relaxing evening, you can lie back in your own cozy entertainment room and watch your favorite program on a 60 inch Smart TV Technology. The large and spacious terrace provides space for a comfortable seating area and an incredible outdoor dining experience.
The outdoor sound system and stylish lighting provides for a perfect BBQ.
Come and enjoy the new chill out lounge with hammocks, or just hang around the pool and enjoy the caribbean sunset.
For our business men or friends that can't be without their social media, we provide free high speed internet (WIFI). We also have cellular phones available. Should the electrical power fail which happens at times, we have our own automatic generator for essentials. but often recommend a beach trip or pool lounging when this occurs.
Services: daily cleaning, garden and pool service, 24 hours private security.

FLEXIBLE RATES: Only pay for what you WANT, Villa de la Fiesta rents from 4 to 7 rooms. Base rent for a minimum of 4 rooms plus taxes& fees. If your group grows (and it will) the additional cost will be $95, per room, per night. Airport transportation, (STI & POP) All-day transportation & Translation services are available. Private Chef service is also based on the size of your group, with service starting at $100.00 per day. You pick the time the Menu number of meals and buy the food or give the money for the Chef to buy.
Add: ☆4 rooms. We note that 4 rooms are the minimum but on some Holiday weekends, and events (Super Bowl, Halloween, independence day... numbers may be increased and it will be reflected in the base booking fee. For clarification or return guest discount please messages us.

Party villas never lets us down, excellent Villa with an excellent host. If available, make sure you get Miguel to be your driver. He's TOP TIER.

Our stay was great! The rooms were nice and clean and staff was super helpful. We had a great time staying there.
There are a few negatives noted below but they did not affect our overall view of the property rating and our stay.
-The wifi does not work so good in the property. The only place we had good connection was in the main living room, not in any of the rooms. We were told by staff that it was the best they can get it.
-There are minor property upkeep things that the property management can address, such as exposed wires in some places and on certain light switches. Minor easy fixes.
-The Central living area and kitchen does not have A/C, only the rooms. This was brutal a bit as it was really hot, but we were told alot of properties are like this. Its sort of what the common folks in the DR are used to I guess. We just kept windows and sliding doors open to help keep us cooler when not in the rooms.
Despite these negatives the stay and experience was worth the money. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you James & Villa De La Fiesta team!

The property over all is very nice. It needs some attention and minor updates and touch ups. The place does not have central AC. AC are only in the bedrooms. When you come out the bedrooms you're in the heat. Takes away from hanging with crew in the day time unless you sweat it out. There was only one (1) fan for down stairs. Some new furniture, painting inside and out. Just basic attention from ware and tear. TV's are needed in the down stairs bedrooms. TV's that are in the bedrooms needs to be up graded size wise. The wifi signal strength needs work. When you go upstairs into the rooms and close door signal is weak, or if you go out by pool area signal is weak. The pool is beautiful very deep. The hot tub couldn't get the jets to stay on longer than two minutes at a time or get the water heating on to warm up water at night. About the staff, starting with security they were great all three shifts, made you feel welcome and safe. The cleaning person wasn't very friendly Very to herself. The chef Dayana, I can't begin to put into words how outstanding she is/was. Very fun, very out going very professional her cooking skills was just great. She's very flexible with times and changes you may make to menu. I can't say enough about her. I and the group that went all have the same feeling. We would return solely because of how she treats you the guest.
