About this house rental
This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), with a size of approximately 2948 sqf. The residence has a private pool, is a short drive to the beach and is a few minutes drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

- The residence is guest-friendly, you can invite anybody anytime (without any additional fee). The maximum overnight capacity is 2 adults per bedroom.
- Pets are generally allowed, depending on number/type (details required).
- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).
The daily rental rate includes absolutely all charges, also electricity. Housekeeping and other optional services (chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be arranged upon request.

This is the best place I've ever stayed while in Sosua. I really think that I can't go to a hotel out there again. Staff was wonderful. Only issue we had was that the AC in the living room was leaking, but we notified the owner and he took care of it promptly.
Can't say enough great things about this villa. Thanks guys.

We often stay in Casa Linda, the villas are pretty much all the same (including this one) but this one is much more better priced than the others. Thanks Fabio and Nancy for this finding.
