Brilliant place to stay

Amazing views and facilities our hosts were extremely friendly and made sure we had a great stay. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely come back again.

An enjoyable and different experience

Good location. Hot tub was unreal. Nice view and enjoyed the fire.

The toilet and how cold it was. Also a few spiders and webs.

Superb

Was very private, the view's and atmosphere was very relaxing, great for a few days of relaxing. Nice and cosy with the log burner, amazing views in the hot tub, and a butcher on site, ideal for the bbq, great quality meat.

The only thing I would say is if staying more than a few days the bed gets a bit rough on the back and shoulders as the mattress sits on solid wood panels, great if your young but if you're in late 40's to mid 50's you definitely feel it.

Only thing which we thought could have been different is if we were made aware of the wedding on our first night (sunday) as was very loud! Did not spoil our holiday but would have been nice to been made aware.

The location was amazing. So peaceful and quiet and the view was breathtaking.

The whole experience was brilliant, on arrival we was greeted by the host Nicola who was very kind and helpful, we then grabbed our keys and headed down to the Shepherds Hut which was so amazing, the views was out of this world surrounded by sheep which was so peaceful and the view from the hill out the Shepherds Hut window was so beautiful, we cant forget the hot tub, it was huge and the jets and lights inside made it so relaxing at night after a long day in Scarborough and surrounding areas, with only a 8 minute drive to the Harbour it just couldn't be better. Waking up here everyday was such a treat. We felt very safe and the privacy the hosts gave you from start to finish was fantastic!! We will defiantly be returning here and recommending to all family members and friends! Thanks guys :) xx

Incredible!

Amazing location. It’s on a farm with a tea rooms but the hut itself is in such a private location. The views are stunning, it’s really peaceful and a great place to stay if you’re wanting to relax and recharge. We stayed for 2 nights for our wedding anniversary and had the best time! Nicola made us feel very welcome and we purchased the couples BBQ from the on-site butchers which was highly recommended. It was only a 30min drive to Whitby for a day out. The hut is so warm and cosy! Not to mention the hot tub, it was ideal! We’re definitely going to be back!

Nothing, everything was done to a high standard, we were really impressed.
