Shepherd's Hut is a cosy couple's retreat in Scarborough. The property consists of an open-plan studio room with double bedroom, sleeping tow, plus a kitchen dining area and woodburning stove. There is an external shower room with WC and a picnic bench and hot tub (£50 supplement) in the garden, while the property is surrounded by countryside. There is parking in a car park nearby. Shepherd's Hut is a romantic bolthole for a couple wanting to discover the North Yorkshire coast. 1 Dog welcome with a £25 supplement per week, must be kept on a lead at all times when outside due to this being on a working farm. The pet supplement must be paid before your arrival, Please contact Sykes Cottages if you have any issues with paying for the pet and hot tub charge.
Amenities: Electric heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Garden with picnic bench, gas BBQ, Hot Tub and surrounding fields. Hot Supplement of £50. External shower room for guests of Shepherd's Hut only. Sorry, no smoking. Car park parking. One well behaved Dog welcome - £25 supplement per week. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times whilst outside due to this being a working farm with livestock nearby. Shop 0.8 miles, pub 1.1 miles. Note: This property has a good housekeeping bond of £150. Note: We host weddings in our Barn most Saturdays and some Fridays between April - October inclusive
