Very nice and clean apartment, owner is very friendly and kind. Location is good, pretty close to sea and grocery store.

We missed electric kettle, but it was no big deal, we prepared hot water on stove.

Overall a well maintained place in excellent location. Dishwasher. Amazing bed. Friendly host family.

We didn’t find the terrace / porch area very private as it’s next to the walking path to other apartments. The security cameras are installed too close to the porch area and we felt being observed going in and out of the apartment. Shower cabin is broken.

It was a great room, we had enough space for the two of us and the air conditioning was very nice.

Everything was very good, but we were missing a few items, such as scissors and a towel for quickly washing up. Not very important, but sometimes useful.

The appartment in general is OK, very old furniture but cozy..

It was a comfy little room, but really old furniture

the constructionworks were sadly not OK, we came there to calm down sleep etc. but its not possible to sleep when the appartment above is renovating. definitely not chill if they start work at 8 o clock and you want to sleep in. this made the stay quite unsatisfying for us

The apartment was clean and fresh, looking just like on the photos. It was very close to the beaches, restaurants and shops, but at the same time it's placed in a quiet neighborhood. Leo is a fantastic host, very friendly and helpful. The room itself has everything what's needed and has a nice little terrace you can have breakfast on. We were very happy with our stay, Zadar is a beautiful city and we would definately come back to this place!

We chose this apartment because it's close to several beaches only a couple of minutes away by foot. We liked the Uskok beach the most, exactly as the host recommended. There is a Konzum shop just 3 minutes away. The apartment is cozy, with nicely equipped kitchen. Communication with the host was perfect.
