Small, spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located—with a lovely host and thoughtful touches

Absolutely loved our stay! The holiday let was small but perfectly formed—comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly well equipped. The welcome pack was such a lovely touch, with tea, coffee, milk, and even fresh local farm eggs. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the host couldn’t have been more warm, friendly, or accommodating—really flexible with arrival and departure times too. It’s in a great spot for exploring the island and ideal for cyclists. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant stay - feel like home

Kallie is one of the nicest hosts I’ve ever met. She is very responsive and kind. She goes extra miles to make her guests feel like home. I asked her lots of questions but she is very patient with me. We would highly recommend her place to anyone. There is parking available in front of the flat. The beds are very comfortable and clean. Love the flat design & Alexa. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the needed cooking stuff. The breakfast was brilliant, you will have various choices. We were really satisfied about everything Kallie has done for us. Thank you Kallie!

Amazing place to base yourself on the Isle of Man

The property is in a fabulous location right on the famous TT circuit. A great place to base yourself, close to the beach and some wonderful countryside walks. Wildlife park just up the road and other amazing beaches a short drive away. If you like your bikes then you can watch bikes going by all day. The mountain road is a stones throw away. The owner was THE most friendly and kindest proprietor of any place we have ever stayed and nothing was too much. BBQ and outside space is great and the property itself was immaculate and has everything you could possibly need, with great little touches kindly provided by the owner.

A great base from which to explore the Isle of Man.

I visited with my father to see the Classic TT. The property is on the course and you can sit at the end of the drive with a cup of tea and get a great view of the action. The property itself is very well appointed and exceptionally clean. The host, Kallie, is friendly and helpful, and very generous, having left some food essentials for us, and having provided every toiletry, and domestic cleaning product you would need. I’ve stayed in other - expensive - self-catering properties where they provide absolutely nothing, so this was much appreciated!

Our stay was absolutely brilliant and we are looking for a reason to return to explore the island even more.

The property was contemporary and exceptionally clean. There was very facility you could wish for. The kitchen was well supplied.

Lovely location, spotless, every possible item you could require. It may only be small, but was more than adequate. Fabulous powershower. There wasn't anything that made you think 'oh, I could just do with ....' it was all there. Kallie had thought of everything. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and if I go to IOM again I would def contact her first

Friendly & helpful hosts. We felt most welcome. Will definitely go back. Accommodation was perfect. Facilities were really good, clean, tidy and modern. Everything you needed was there. Extra touches, choc biscuits, jams, cereals etc, Location was good for visiting attractions.
