- L'emplacement en plein cœur de la vieille ville et à proximité de la basilique Saint Michel - Entendre les concerts donnés sur la place de la dite basilique - L'appartement traversant et bien équipé/propre - L'appartement atypique (style italien), entrée qui descend, cuisine sous le niveau du trottoir et chambre à l'opposé se trouvant au deuxième étage et qui donne sur une autre rue - La grande chambre - Le Wi-Fi de qualité - La disponibilité et l'amabilité de l'hôte - Le système de boîte à clefs, très pratique pour l'arrivée et le départ ainsi que pour ne pas perdre ses clefs à la plage par exemple

- Si vous n'êtes pas très sportif, accéder à l'appartement depuis le centre peut être un peu compliqué. Il y a beaucoup de marches - On entend quand même pas mal les gens passer et parler dans les rues sur lesquelles donnent la chambre et la cuisine mais il y a peu de monde dans ces rues après 22h - La chambre est lumineuse mais l'éclairage au niveau du salon/cuisine n'est pas idéal et impossible de faire fonctionner le ventilateur de plafond sans allumer la lampe qui y est accrochée Ceci dit, ces quelques points plus négatifs n'empêchent pas de profiter de l'expérience et n'en font pas moins une occasion exceptionnelle pour séjourner de manière plus que confortable au cœur de Menton. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Beautiful location in the heart of the Old Town. Lovely apartment with all you could need, including lots of homey touches that were really appreciated. Amazing views to start and finish the day. Really safe location for a solo traveler and walking distance to all the local restaurants, shops and bars. Great spot as a base to explore the locality and other towns along the coastline. Very responsive, helpful and friendly host. She provided excellent directions and was very fast to respond to any messages. Lots to see and do in Menton and the surrounding areas. Great food and drink nearby also!

Lovely little apartment, great location, lovely host, beautiful town. There was nothing negative to note.

Perfect Location for a stay in Menton!!

The location is perfect, in the middle of old town, close to everything. Be aware that there’s alot of stairs from the main street and the beach up to the apartment.

The apartment was on the ground floor/basement, and so it was difficult to get fresh air through the windows. While we were there it was very hot outside (35-40 degrees) and the apartment felt just as hot and humid. The fans did not help as much as we had hoped, and the air con did not work as well as we had hoped for. Towels etc. did not dry in the apartment, same with the clothes.
