Incredibly spacious, great location 10mins walk from old town and near bus stops to get elsewhere. Good security doors. Comfortable bed and great air con where you can adjust to the temperature you want
Hot water troubles for entire building which meant 3/4 showers were cold in our 3 night stay. Check in instructions sent via WhatsApp when you arrive at property, luckily wifi worked ok, but ideally would be sent in advance

The location of the hotel is pretty near to the central and all place of interest in Krakow, the rooms equipped with all basic necessities. Just the bed and linen not as good as you expect, but acceptable with the price you paid
The only not so good was the cleanliness need to be improved, and the direction to the Hotel a bit confuse as you need to walk into a walkway of the residential building before you reach the hotel, lucky there was a resident passing by upon check in, I was able to find it

Everything was perfect, spacious and clean room. The bed was comfortable. The location was close to main areas in Cracow, it was quiet at night.
Good choice for business travel as well as for travel. But the most valued fact were the staff and contact with the property. The staff were very helpful and responsive - 10 stars!

Easy location but is about a 10 min walk out of city centre old town main square so be prepared for walking. Looks run down from outside and unkempt entry way and building site outside.
No staff on site for questions, had to try ringing 3 times before getting an answer. No daily clean/linen change or additional supplies.
