About this house rental
NEWLY Built in 2016 and designed by the owner for short term rentals. You will be invited to a fully fenced in property with one car garage that greets you with all of the modern amenities you would want in your home away from home. When you walk through the door you will be greeted with a bright living room and fully equipped kitchen. Go out the backdoor to your completely private backyard sanctuary with two rocking chairs, full patio set, an electric grill for a fun BBQ, and outdoor games. Upstairs you have TWO bedrooms (one with a comfy Queen Bed with 12" Hybrid Mattress and the other acts as an office or another sleeping room with Murphy Bed that has a comfy 10-in. Gel and Aloe Vera Hybrid Full Mattress-NO SOFA BED!). Don't forget about your upstairs balcony with two Adirondack chairs to enjoy a glass of wine or watch people go to our next door neighbor restaurants/bars like La BBQ, Juniper, Love Birds, and Wow Poke Food Truck!

We went for a concert. We ubered to and from the vrb. Wonderful food truck and bbq place right next to the vrb&b. 14$ Uber to moody center. City noises at night. Beautiful home.

This Cottage worked very well for 3 adults. Comfortable, many nice touches. Quiet neighborhood.

My wife and I stayed in Stacy’s place and couldn’t have been more comfortable. Upon entering, we noticed a hand written personalized note with a complimentary bottle of wine for us. The comfort and accommodations were convenient and never ending. All the way up the the built in Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom upstairs The neighborhood was quiet which made hanging out in the backyard very peaceful at night. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.
