Fabulous and Brand New Downtown Condo with free parking and gym

Great spot! Walking distance to coffee and food spots. The pool is small but comfortable! Would recommend this stay!

A perfect location to visit AustinCame to Austin for a girls trips and to see my brother, a 20 yr resident of Austin. He called it the best spot to stay in Austin, and he was so right. We were able to walk to dozens of fantastic restaurants, get anywhere in the city in 15 minutes, and had a super clean and quiet base for the entire weekend. Add Helen was an amazing VRBO hostess. Thank you for going out of your way to make our stay special!!

This is not a 1 bedroom condo as the bedroom is open to the living room / kitchen. We would not have rented the unit if the owner had been forthcoming with pictures or a description of the property. Upon check in, I immediately contacted the owner to let them know that we would like to move to another VRBO as we only rent 1+ bedroom units and all indications were that this was a ‘separate’ 1 bedroom. The owner called the next day and apologized that we got the wrong impression but told us no one else had ever complained. I told him I had looked back through the reviews and had found some people that had complained. The owner was nice, but he was not amenable to letting us out of the unit so we stayed. However, he said he would add a description and pictures to more clearly indicate that this was essentially a large studio apartment. It has been 2 weeks and he has still not added any clarifying info. Sad, because everything else was great.
