About this apartment rental
Escape to this private studio, detached from our main home. The Lady Bird Lake hike & bike trail is right outside, where you can use our bikes and paddleboards.
Open the blackout shades to feel suspended among the trees and watch Monk parakeets and other birds. Organic mattress, butcher block countertops, spacious shower. The apartment is above our 2-car garage, and while it makes great use of space, it is tight for 3 or 4 guests. 3G Google Fiber Wi-Fi.
You are welcome to use the pool if the main house is not rented. The house tends to rent only on weekends during the high seasons.

Such a lovely and serene space right near lady bird lake. If you get the chance to stay, it’s a gem of a find. Sarah was very communicative and pleasant to speak to. Will be coming back again soon!

Very affordable, and very cute. Parking was easy, you may have difficulties if you have a big truck (it’s a narrow alley). Entry and check-in instructions were great. Communication was great. Very clean and perfect for 2 ladies on a quick girls trip. Just a 10 minute drive to downtown Austin. Overall amazing, definitely would stay again.
